Op maandag 30 september verdedigt Petra Awad haar sterrenkundeproefschrift aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. De titel van haar proefschrift luidt voluit: From the large-scale structure to the Milky Way halo - Machine learning techniques for structure detection and analysis. Haar promotors zijn Reynier Peletier en Kerstin Bunte.
