Automating the detection of strong gravitational lenses in large-scale surveys using deep learning (PhD defense Bharath Chowdhary Nagam, RUG)

Bharath Chowdhary Nagam hopes to receive his Ph.D. on Monday afternoon, February 10. He will be defending his dissertation on the search for strong gravitational lenses using deep learning. His supervisors are Léon Koopmans, Edwin Valentijn and Gijs Verdoes Kleijn. The venue will be the Academy Building of the University of Groningen.
